Chair
Eleanor first got involved in the charity in 2019, when she ran a free crafting stall at some of the summer park Meets.  Since then she has run crafting activities at Meets in the Castle Quarter.  She became a Trustee in March 2020

Eleanor retired from teaching Business in high schools after twenty five years, and now runs her own crafting business.  She and her family moved to Norfolk eighteen years ago so her children could be closer to their grandparents.  She is passionate about improving mental health support to parents and children, having experienced her own family mental health problems, and after seeing the impact poor mental health had on the students she taught.  Eleanor is part of Make It Mindful, who are currently involved in running a mental wellbeing project in schools and out of school groups. The project is aimed at providing strategies to children and young people, to help them improve their mental health via crafting activities.

Eleanor lives with her husband and two children, as well as a dog that behaves like a toddler and two disappearing cats.  She loves reading detective novels, crafting and singing in choirs.
