Social Meets
The frontline service of Get Me Out The Four Walls is our social Meets hosted by our volunteer Ambassadors. These are held in various locations across Norfolk including cafés, parks, soft play centres, and many other locations.

Peer Support
We offer parents the opportunity for face-to-face free peer support sessions, as well as being able to connect with other parents online in our secure and supportive Facebook groups.
We also run a fortnightly Stepping Stones group in our Hub for you to take the first steps towards getting out of your four walls and meeting other parents who feel the same way.
The GMOTFW Hub
A drop in space based in Hewett Academy in Lakenham, Norwich which offers supportive groups and sessions for parents who need to escape their four walls and who may require additional services. See our GMOTFW Hub page to see what’s going on!
Get Me Out The Four Walls Dads
Our online supportive, inclusive and free space for Dads to connect with others and access information and support on men’s mental health. Members of our Ambassador team will be posting regular updates of services available, topical chats and a monthly virtual meet up for Dads to connect and chat.
