The frontline service of Get Me Out The Four Walls is our Social Meets hosted by our Volunteer Ambassadors. These are held in various locations across Norfolk including Café’s, Parks, Soft Play Centres, and many other locations.

- Online Peer Support
Offering parents, the opportunity to connect with others online in our secure and supportive Facebook groups.
Our peer support worker Sophie-Ann is also able to connect online with those needing a little more support – see our Peer Support page for more information.
3. The GMOTFW Hub
A drop in space based in Hewett Academy in Lakenham, Norwich which offers supportive groups and sessions for parents who need to escape their four walls and who may require additional services. See our The GMOTFW Hub page to see what’s going on!
4. Get Me Out The Four Walls Dads
Our online supportive, inclusive and free space for Dad’s to connect with others and access information and support on men’s mental health. Members of our Ambassador team will be posting regular updates of services available, topical chats and a monthly virtual meet up for Dad’s to connect and chat. Join our group today by clicking here
