The GMOTFW Hub in Lakenham, aims to be a safe, inclusive and judgement free space where parents can come together to meet others, seek support or just to have a friendly cup of tea outside of their own four walls.

The GMOTFW Hub is open Monday to Friday from 10am – 2pm for drop in as well as other activities.

We are also pleased to be welcoming some of our volunteer parent Ambassadors along to host FREE sessions for parents and their families to get involved in.

How to find us

By Bus – First bus service 38 (from Castle Meadow) stops on Hall Road (Latimer Road stop) and the “Inspiration Trust” entrance is directly opposite. Follow the road to the Eileen Ash Sports Hall and turn left, The GMOTFW Hub is situated next door to the Hewett Under 5’s which has a multi coloured picket fence.

By Car – The entrance to The GMOTFW Hub is accessible via Hall Road. The turning is indicated by a large blue “Inspiration Trust” sign close to the road (on the left if travelling from Mcdonald’s/Goals Roundabout – on the right if travelling from the City) Once you have turned in, follow the road to the Eileen Ash Sports Hall and you are able to park there. The GMOTFW Hub is situated next door to the Hewett Under 5’s which has a multi coloured picket fence and is situated directly opposite the sports hall.

Our Rooms

Lavender Room

A cosy, play space for families to enjoy soft play, toys, books and a chat. With a comfy seating area, parents are able to enjoy a chat and a cuppa while the children play. This room is not available for hire however we may be able to offer exclusive use of this room for organisations wishing to host specific play support. Please contact the team for more information.

Heather Room

A large, light room which is often used by GMOTFW to offer crafts, messy play and other family activities. Heather Room is also a perfect space for training courses or meetings as it features an interactive whiteboard, projector and built in speakers. This room is available for hire by organisations or charities – please contact the team for more information.

Iris Room

A large, room which is a perfect space for training courses or meetings as it features an interactive whiteboard, projector and built in speakers. The use of Boardroom tables and chairs are also included. This room is available for hire by organisations or charities – please contact the team for more information.
