Charlotte has been a volunteer for the charity for over 4 years and as of 2025 has become staff in the role of peer support as she was so passionate to help others as she was helped when having her children. As a peer support worker Charlotte sees clients in person, over the phone or Teams and helps support families visit our Norwich Hub.
