Carrie Dagraca joined the Charity as a volunteer Ambassador in 2016 following her struggles with postnatal depression and anxiety after the birth of her first child. She hosted meets all over Norwich, mainly in the NR3 area and started to help with recruiting volunteers shortly after taking on her voluntary role.

Carrie later became a volunteer team leader for the Norwich area and dedicated many hours to hosting and organising several of GMOTFW large publicity events such as Christmas Fayres and the Annual Spring Ball. Carrie became a paid employee of GMOTFW in 2018, helping to increase coverage of Ambassadors across Norfolk and Suffolk and providing support at sessions. Carrie also developed the successful Castle Quarter Supporter sessions (formally Meets in the Mall) which are held within a local shopping centre and provides a one stop shop for parents who require support, to meet other parents and to connect with local services and organisations.

Prior to her employment with GMOTFW, Carrie spent many years working in hotel management for a large Pub company in Suffolk, and retail management in Norwich. Her years of work in customer service, staff recruitment and event management has provided her the effective tools to push forward with ideas and use every opportunity to the fullest.
