The GMOTFW Hub in Norwich, aims to be a safe, inclusive and judgement free space where parents can come together to meet others, seek support or just to have a friendly cup of tea outside of their own four walls.
The GMOTFW Hub is open Monday to Friday from 10am – 2pm for drop in as well as other activities.
We are also pleased to have some of our Hub Volunteers hosting FREE sessions for parents and their families to get involved in.

How to find us
By Bus – First bus service 38 (from Castle Meadow) stops at Lillian Close (journey time approximately 22 minutes). Using the pedestrian crossings, cross over the street towards Greggs, you will then be on Mason Road, then simply walk down until you spot us!
By Car – The GMOTFW Hub is on Mason Road, Norwich. Once you have arrived you will note 3 parking spaces available outside the front of the hub which you are more than welcome to park in (if these spaces are unavailable there is plenty of parking nearby, staff can assist with this).

Activities at the Hub
We run a range of free activities at The GMOTFW Hub. Details for free actives are listed on the Social Meets Page. You are also welcome to drop in at any other time to use our playroom and meet other families. Free drinks are available.
