At our GMOTFW hosted events and social meets, we often take photographs/videos for the following purposes:

 

1. To use as evidence for funding reports

2. To use on social media and/or our website

3. To use on marketing materials such as leaflets/banners/printed literature

 

Photographs, where used, will be done so anonymously and no personal information will be shared alongside these without your permission. 

 

Our volunteers and staff will always seek verbal permission on the day before taking any photographs and your wishes will be respected at all times. However, before attending a GMOTFW event, please complete the below form.
